OCTOBER FAVORITES | MONTHLY REVIEW
Hey Babes, october is now officially over and I can’t believe that there hasn’t been a monthly review for some time now. So I’ll do my best and promise to keep the monthly favorites more frequently now. 🙂
So lets start with the events of october. The first days of the month started really sunny, with 27 degrees – on Majorca! I can’t believe that only four weeks ago I was wearing a bikini and tanning at the pool. 😉 Therefore, I shared lots of holiday impressions with you. For example this post about our fabulous hotel in Cala D’Or and the most beautiful beaches and bays and of course our shopping Trip to Palma .
Apart from that, I also took you with me to the Pool and surprised myself with that post. Usually, I would have never thought of posting pictures in a bikini or a bathing suit. But this shooting was soemhow different and I really liked how the photos turned out. What do you think? Apart from that, I also took you with us on our trips to Cala Figuera and Valldemossa and Son Marroig.
After two weeks of the sunniest weather, I was more than happy to see that the fall was pretty mild in Berlin. The weather was better than expected, so we were able to enjoy almost an Indian Summer here in Berlin. 🙂 That’s why I was glad to spend as much time as possible outside. For example, I can recomemnd you the canopy walkway of Beelitz (around 1 hour outside of Berlin). The colorful leaves were amazing to look at and we had such a great day outside in the nature!
Mid-October was quite busy due to the German Press Days here in Berlin. Together with more bloggers, we went to see the new spring summer collections 2018 of multiple brands. Another big point was the networking with the agencies which was so much fun as usual! 🙂 You can still read the whole post again here.
And last but not least, I went to visit my girls in Hamburg for a long ladies weekend, which was sooo much fun. Even though the weather was not as nice as expected, I had a great time and can’t wait to be back (soon). Also, I went out to celebrate Halloween here in Berlin. Halloween is still not that big in Germany as it is in the US but still, lots of people had costumes and interesting Make-Up which was really fun to see!

Your FAVORITE BLOGPOST
Your favorite/ most-clicked blogpost in october was actually a travel post: my hotel recommendation and my holiday outfits. This made me even happier as I was not sure whether I am “spamming you” with sunny holiday pictures whereas it is raining here and you’re totally not in the mood for that. So thanks so much!! ♥
YOUR FAVORITE INSTAGRAM POST
Also this month there was a clear winner on my Instagram. Surprisingly, I almost did not post that picture, as I wasn’t too happy about the lighting/ background etc. (yes, I know – #bloggerproblems 😉 ). But it also shows to me, that realness and a spontaneous pic is often more popular than the “perfect” shot. So I’ll learn from that and share more instant impressions with you again – maybe, we can go back to how Instagram was before we had the term #feedgoals. 😉

PLANS FOR NOVEMBER
TRAVEL PLANS | The upcoming month will be quite busy again. Next weekend, we will be going to Hamburg again for a relaxing couple weekend. And of course, to indulge in some nice restaurants and a great hotel. Apart from that, we booked a short city trip to Barcelona at the end of november. I’ve been to Barcelona once before, but in summer and already 3-4 years ago. So I’m more than excited to see what it is like in late autumn. If you have any tips, I’m more than happy to know?
PERSONALLY | Currently, I’m trying to relax a bit more and don’t run panically from one appointment to the other. I want to slow down a bit and be aware, that the year is almost over and I should enjoy every little moment a bit more and don’t overthink everyhing. I know, easier said than done. But my plan is to enjoy freetime, enjoy a weekend off and don’t panic when I don’t have any plans on friday afternoon already. So basically, getting rid of the “Fear of missing out”.
What are your plans for November and can you already believe that with the next review december and christmas will be arund the corner? Have a lovely new month, babes! ♥
