Hey Babes, I hope you had a great week so far? Today I have one of my absolute Go-To Outfits for you. Therefore, I think you could say that it’s a bit of an uniform for me, as it is a combination which I can always rely on in case of “early-morning-closet-emergencies”.
Mom Jeans
Actually, wearing Mom Jeans first was a bit of a surprise for me. I thought that these kind of jeans were only perfect for really thin women with spindly legs. But somehow I got over that thought and just tried them by myself. Since then, Mom Jeans became one of my favorites, as you can style them so effortlessy with different kinds of Sweats, Shirts and Tops. Plus, they have just the perfect shade of blue, or what do you think?
Camel Long Vest & Basic White Tee
When I bought the long vest last autumn, I never thought that it would turn out to be such a wardrobe staple for me. First I got the vest in black, as I though it would be nice to wear over knit wear on warmer autumn days. Finally after some weeks, I realized that it is one of the pieces which you can totally add to nearly every outfit. That’s why I got another camel version. And the basic white tee – well, I think I don’t need to tell you about that, right?! You will find it in all kinds of shapes and arm lengths in my closet. And it is an excellent basic for everyday, especially if you work in a more formal work environment.
Chanel -like Pumps & Golden Glasses
Having a Go-To Outfit gives you the freedom to play around with the accessories. As a result, you can always achieve a different look without putting too much work into it. This time, I decided to wear my two-tone pumps which add a bit of Chanel – Flair to the outfit. In addition, I am wearing my new golden Aviator glasses. I think they make the look more playful and add a certain twist to it.

Hey Babes, Ich hoffe ihr hattet bisher eine entspannte Woche? Heute habe ich eines meiner Lieblingsoutfits (ein sog. Go-To Outfit) für euch, auf das ich mich quasi immer verlassen kann. Eben einer dieser Looks, auf die man zurückgreift, falls man mal wieder ratlos vor dem Kleiderschrank steht. 😉
Mom Jeans
Ehrlich gesagt hätte ich nie gedacht, dass ich mal ein so großer Fan von Mom Jeans sein würde. Irgendwie war ich immer in dem Glauben, dass diese Jeansform nur Frauen mit spindeldürren Beinen steht. Daher war ich umso überraschter, als ich sie doch mal eine anprobierte und gar nicht so schlecht an mir fand. Vielleicht ging es euch mit einem Kleidungsstück schon mal ähnlich? Mom Jeans sind einfach super easy zu stylen, sei es mit Sweatern, Blusen oder T-Shirts. Plus ich liebe es, dass sie diese typische blaue Jeans-Farbe haben.
Camel Long Vest & Basic T-Shirt
Schon im letzten Herbst habe ich mir meine erste Long Vest in schwarz gekauft. Ursprünglich plante ich, dass sie einfach eine nette Ergänzung zu Pullis an nicht ganz so kalten Herbsttagen sein könnte. Nach und nach wurde sie dann immer mehr eines meiner Lieblingsstücke, sodass sie auch noch in Camel gekauft wurde. Und über das weiße Basic T-Shirt muss ich euch wohl nicht viel erzählen. Man findet es in unzähligen Formen und mit verschiedensten Armlängen in meinem Kleiderschrank. Es ist einfach eines der Stücke, auf dass meine gesamte (Büro-) Garderobe mitaufbaut.
Pumps im Chanel – Stil & goldene Aviator-Brille
Das Gute an einem Go-To Outfit ist ja, dass man es beliebig mit Accessoires verändern und immer wieder neu kombinieren kann. Für den heutigen Look habe ich mich für Pumps im typischen Chanel-Stil mit abgesetzter Zehenkappe entschieden. Und nicht zuletzt kam meine goldene (Nerd-) Brille zum Einsatz, um dem Outfit ein kleines Augenzwinkern zu verpassen. 😉
