Focus Sustainability: german fashion label JAN ‘N JUNE

Focus Sustainability

Today is the start of a new genuine project that is particularly close to my heart: the focus on sustainability. It has not only become the buzz word of the latest months and maybe even this year but I guess by now we all know, that something has to be changed about our way to live on this beautiful place called earth. That’s why I’ll introduce you to different brands, ideas and methods to live more sustainable. First up in this new series is the german-based fashion label called JAN’ N JUNE. It all started with a question, that I myself have been asking myself repeatedly:  “Why is there no stylish, sustainable and affordable fashion label?” And that’s exactly where the brand history started… .

The sustainable & fashionable brand of JAN ‘N JUNE

The philosophy of the brand is easy to explain: We believe that affordable fashion doesn’t mean a trade-off between profit and people or our environment. You can have it all. With that being said, the fashion label produces in a family production in Poland that focuses on the usage of recycled materials as well as organic cotton. Would you have guessed that the lemon print dress has been made of recycled PET bottles?! So cool in my opinion! 🙂

The spring/ summer collection is based on fruity lemon prints as well as lilac pastels and neutrals with a dash of cognac. From the perfect white basic tee to the eye catching lemon midi dress: I guess this label has something for everyone to offer!

I’m wearing: JAN N’JUNE Midi skirt Siena lilac & Boy Shirt white

I would never end mentioning all the things I love about this outfit. The shades, the shapes, the shoes… but mostly the fact that it is sustainable. Thank you for sharing this with us 🙂

Yes to sustainable fashion!! I love all the brands that are popping up with a more fashionable, trendy style that is sustainable. Sustainable fashion is indeed often neutral, boring clothes sans that edge we love in our clothes 😉 Love your purple skirt, gorgeous color on you and great design! Xx
