Jacquemus is one of the rising stars of the fashion world at the moment. Simon Porte Jacquemus shows pure happiness and passion about life with his creations (and of course lots of must have pieces!) – directly from the south of France. Best example is the epic Spring 2020 show, that has been shown on a (pink!) runway in the lavendel fields of Provence. And if you think it couldn’t get any better: the Fall 2020 runway show had all the stars of the topmodel universe (the Hadid sisters, Laetitia Casta, Alek Wek …). That’s how Jacquemus again showed his great talent and the love to his roots and childhood in South France quoting: “Please donÕt call me Parisian! I am from the South of France.Ó
Today’s look has been inspired by the nonchalance of the french riviera and hot summers in the Provence. The Grande Chicquito Bag from Jacquemus has been one of my best purchases since last summer. The pink statement blazer is an eye catcher on his own so the rest of the outfit stays pure and airy. I’ve paired it with cream wide leg pants and my old Cline sunglasses.
