Milan Fashion Week SS20 | Review
My first fashion week outside of Berlin and Germany and I can say that I’m definitely surprised. Milan was in so many ways different than expected. Loud and packed with traffic and lots of people but at the same time familiar with those romantic streets and pretty cafs and restaurants.
The Fashion Week definitely left its mark whereas it was so hard to catch a taxi that you happily walk almost everywhere. The street style scene was crazy too and definitely not comparable to Berlin. Photographs, editors and fashion people from around the world to share the first glances of the new collections – definitely an amazing feeling!
And even though I’m a big fan of the hustle and excitement around the fashion shows, I must say that I also enjoyed the personal conversations and meetings at the showrooms and re- see’s. And in between all of those events, we were also more than happy to enjoy some cappuchini, pizza and pasta of course. So Milano: you definitely impressed me and we will be back soon!
