Hey loves, after some absence of my weekly reviews lately, I thought it would be time for another personal update again. With many events and travels taking place, I guess the weekly review came somehow to an end and I’ll re-named this kind of category into a new format for personal updates in general. So what happened the last few weeks and months?
Many outfits went life of course, five (!!) weddings that we participated in, I introduced successfully the new blog category of sustainability , Berlin Fashion week took place and we traveled to several places and cities. So quite an adventurous summer so far and fall won’t be less exciting… .
Shopping: End of Summer
Even though it’s always kind of hard to let go of summer, the good news is: there are plenty of amazing fall/ winter collections dropping. So in the last few days I’ve been screening my favorite online shops in order to get an overview of the trends and must have pieces, for example at Peek & Cloppenburg. (Disclaimer: There are two independent companies Peek & Cloppenburg with headquarters in Duesseldorf and Hamburg. This link belongs to the company of Peek & Cloppenburg KG, Duesseldorf.)
In the collage below you can see some of my favorite pieces at the moment – for example the tartan and checkered pieces. Always a must during fall winter in my opinion, right? Also, I cannot live without neutrals so a camel coat or some beige pieces are a must.
Even though this sentence might sound corny: but time flies! The summer was quite exciting with our trip to New York as well as a friends wedding in Split (Croatia) and some quite spontaneous city trips to Paris and to the Cote d’Azur. Ê
But also September and October are promising to be entertaining. Mid of September I’ll be travelling to Milan for Fashion week! It’s my first fashion week outside of Berlin plus I’ve never been to Milan as well – so I guess this will be a really exciting trip. In the beginning of October there will be a press trip to London for the upcoming Fall/ winter Press days. London is always worth a visit, right?
And last but not least I’ll take a private trip to Bergen in Norway. Also a city that I have never been to. So if you got any recommendations – whether it’s for Milan, London or Bergen – let me know. And also tell me about your upcoming travel plans?
