Jacquemus Caf Citron | Paris
On the top of my to do list for our Paris trip? Visiting the Caf Citron that has been created by Jacquemus. Located right in the heart of Paris, in the Galeries Lafayette at Champs Elyse it is definitely the perfect spot for a coffee break or even a refreshing lunch.
The menu offers delicious specialties from the South of France, the home of Simon Porte Jacquemus. But of course the food is only part of the experience.
Especially the interior adds up to the holiday feeling or – as it says right on the menu:Ê“a village square from the South that has been transported to Paris”.Ê
The lemon trees, yellow and neutral tones and the terracotta interior makes up for a light and Mediterranean garden feeling. Definitely worth a visit – even though the famous “lemon dessert” costs a a little fortune of 25 euros! But the other cakes are not as pricey and taste amazing too!
