Winter has completely taken over Berlin – while I’m typing these lines, there are -10 degrees out there and I’m definitely happy about warmest Cashmere cosiness from The Curated. I can’t remember when was the last time that the capital of Germany has literally turned into a snowy winter wonderland. Plus I was even more wondering about the creativity of Berliners: wok pans (!!) and other kitchen equipment has somehow been turned into sleighs and the parks are full of kids and their parents snowball fighting and building snow sculptures ( a simple snowman would have been way to boring ofc.). Well, I guess everything that brings a change to Lockdown Boredom is very welcome right now. 😉
And while I’m definitely enjoying the winter sun, I must honestly say that the freezing cold is not a friend of mine. Therefore, I’m more than happy about the cosiest cashmere pieces that arrived just in time (aka before the cold snap) from The Curated. The Coat is made of cashmere and merino wool and I’m just obsessed with the bone color as it matches literally everything. Same goes for the dress, which is purely made of cashmere. Consequently it’s the softest dress I’ve ever worn – so comfortable and yet chic due to it’s pure silhouette. Cashmere and wool are both highly durable and will last for a long time – which fits even better for a sustainable and timeless wardrobe. What are your absolute winter staples for freezing cold weather?
